The leaves are changing in Pottsville, and we’re gearing up for fall with Yuengling Oktoberfest, a seasonal favorite among our fans.

As 6^th generation brewers, we’re always inspired by our brewery’s past and the values and traditions of the five generations that came before us. In 2011, we debuted Oktoberfest to celebrate our German heritage. Copper in color, this medium bodied brew is the perfect blend of roasted malts and just the right amount of hops to capture a genuine representation of the Oktoberfest style.

Available from August to October, Oktoberfest has become a fall staple for our fans. To get even more into the fall spirit, we wanted to share some delicious seasonal recipes using our very own Oktoberfest.

Oktoberfest Apple Pancakes & Syrup

Packed with the fall flavors of cinnamon and vanilla, these light, fluffy apple pancakes will quickly become a family favorite.

Oktoberfest Fondue

For chilly fall nights, warm up with this Oktoberfest Fondue made of smooth, creamy Monterey Jack, Emmentaler and Roquefort cheeses. Pair the fondue with fun dippers such as pickled jalapeño chilies, large pickled gherkins, pitted olives and cubes of warm French bread.
