1. Access Requirements:
• Wristbands must be worn at all times and be clearly visible.
• Only guests with a valid VIP wristband will be granted access to the respective VIP areas.
• Guests 12+ are required to have a VIP wristband to access VIP areas.
• Guests under the age of 12, MUST be accompanied by an adult with VIP wristband to access VIP areas.
2. Wristband Integrity:
• Wristbands must be intact and undamaged. Guests with torn, ripped, taped or damaged wristbands will not be allowed access.
• Lost or stolen wristbands will not be replaced, and unauthorized attempts to access the VIP deck will be denied.
3. Behavior and Conduct:
• VIP guests are expected to maintain respectful and courteous behavior at all times
• Any form of harassment, aggression, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from the VIP area and possibly the event.
4. Personal Belongings:
• VIP guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The event organizers are not liable for any lost or stolen items.
• Bags and personal items may be subject to security checks upon entry.
5. Food and Beverage:
• Complimentary food and beverages are provided within the VIP deck for VIP ticket/package holders only.
• Alcoholic beverages are for guests aged 21 and over. 21+ wristband must be intact and worn at all times in order to be served.
6. Re-entry Policy:
• Re-entry to VIP areas is allowed only with an intact wristband. Once a wristband is removed, re-entry will not be granted.
• Guests leaving the VIP area temporarily must ensure their wristband is secure to facilitate re-entry.
7. Prohibited Items:
• Weapons, illegal substances, and any items deemed dangerous or inappropriate by the event staff are strictly prohibited.
• Confiscated items will not be returned.

Yes, individuals aged 12 and above must procure a VIP package to gain admission. Additionally, those under 18 must be accompanied by an adult to enter the VIP Deck.
No. All public sales of VIP packages must be redeemed on the day of the event (July 13) at Capitol Parking between the hours of 11 am and 6 pm.
In order to obtain your wristband and mug, you need to either present the printed E-ticket or display the image on your smartphone at the VIP Kiosk located at the entrance of the Capitol Parking Deck, available between 11 am and 6 pm
Entry to VIP areas necessitates an intact, secure wristband. Patrons holding Front Row or Pit Area wristbands are granted access to the VIP Deck. However, those with VIP Deck wristbands are restricted solely to the Deck.
